QRDesign is international:

QRDesign's native languages are English and German language, but QRDesign has built-in multi-language support and QRDesign customers have translated QRDesign to various languages. The following translations are included with QRDesign: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Slovene, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish 

QRDesign can be either used with one language only, or you may switch languages at runtime.

If you need a translation to a language that is not already supplied with QRDesign, it is very easy to create a new translation. QRDesign comes with a special utility for easy creation and editing of translations.
