Jan 16th 2008 A trial version of QRDesign for Delphi is available here.
Dec 19th 2007 From 1st February 2008 we will no longer support QR version 3.6x. All the features in QR3.6 and the QRExports package that accompanied it are incorporated in QR4. May 22nd 2007 A fix is available to enable the use of formless reports designed in earlier versions with BDS 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0.
Apr 10th 2007 QR4.07 is released and is available on the downloads page to QR4 licence holders.

QuickReport is a set of components and controls that allow reports to be designed in the Delphi and C++ IDE.

The current version is QR4.07, but QR3.62 is available and will be fully supported until 1st Feb 2008.

There are a number of DIY fixes listed here. These apply to earlier versions before 3.62. Most of the issues there are fixed in later versions.
